Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the purchase of premium licences for OpenView IPTV (the “app”). By purchasing a premium licence, you agree to these terms. It supplements, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What the app is (and is not)
OpenView IPTV is an IPTV player. It does not provide, host, or distribute any channels, streams, or content — you add your own Xtream/M3U lines. A premium licence unlocks features of the player software; it does not include any content, channel subscription, or streaming service.
2. What is sold
- Annual licence — premium software features for 12 months from activation, on a single device.
- Lifetime licence — premium software features on a single device, with no expiry date.
A time-limited free trial may also be offered; it requires no payment, ends automatically, and is not a purchase. Each licence is bound to one device. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the app and the licensed device, not a perpetual guarantee that any third-party services will keep working.
3. Pricing, taxes, and payment processor
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. VAT / sales tax is added on top of the listed price (the displayed price is exclusive of tax; the applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location). Card details are handled solely by Lemon Squeezy — we never receive or store any payment details. The invoice/receipt is issued by Lemon Squeezy by email.
4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, a unique activation code is generated and sent to the email used for the purchase, and is also made available/activated in the app on the Premium screen. Delivery is digital and usually immediate. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support.
5. Device binding
Activation binds the licence to a single device using an anonymous, non-reversible identifier not linked to any name or account. One licence = one device. To transfer a licence to a new device (e.g. after loss or replacement), contact support; transfers are assessed case by case at our reasonable discretion.
6. Refunds
- Window: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Conditions: refunds are intended for cases where the app does not work as advertised and the issue cannot be resolved with reasonable support. Because the app is a player that plays third-party content supplied by you, problems with your own Xtream/M3U lines, channels, or providers are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund, as we do not provide that content.
- Effect of a refund: when a refund is processed, the licence is revoked and the activation code is invalidated on the server, and premium features stop working on the device.
- Processing: refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method.
Nothing here removes any statutory consumer refund rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Support and refund requests
For support, activation issues, device transfers, or refund requests, email luispcfialho@gmail.com. Where possible, include the email used for the purchase and/or your Lemon Squeezy receipt so we can assist faster.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the date of that purchase. Updates are posted on this page with the corresponding date.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Portugal.
