1. OpenView IPTV is a player only

OpenView IPTV is an Android (TV and mobile) software application that works solely as a media player. Its only purpose is to play media streams that you, on your own initiative, configure within the app.

2. We provide no content

OpenView IPTV does not provide, host, bundle, sell, distribute, endorse, or recommend any television channels, streams, movies, series, or other audiovisual content.

• The app ships with no playlists, no channels, and no pre-loaded content sources.
• There is no content server, library, or catalog operated by us in connection with the app.

3. Sources are supplied by the user

To use the app, you supply your own IPTV line or playlist (for example, an M3U URL or Xtream account credentials), obtained from third parties entirely independently of OpenView IPTV. Source details you enter are stored on your device only and are never transmitted to the developer.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring you have the legal right to access and play any content through the sources you configure;
• ensuring your sources, subscriptions, or providers comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and licensing;
• the legality of obtaining and using such sources in your jurisdiction.

OpenView IPTV has no control over, knowledge of, or visibility into the content any user accesses.

5. No affiliation

The developer of OpenView IPTV is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any IPTV provider, channel operator, rights holder, or content service. Any third-party trademarks or names that may appear arise solely from sources you enter and belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for misuse of the app or for any content accessed through user-supplied sources. Use of the app for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Portugal.
